Features of the cold dryer

  1. Cooling dryer is the abbreviation of freeze dryer. It uses the refrigerant to exchange heat with the compressed air to lower the temperature of the compressed air to a dew point temperature in the range of 2~10℃. According to the cooling method of the condenser, the cold dryer is divided into two types: air-cooled type and water-cooled type; according to the working pressure, there are ordinary type (0.3-1.0MPa) and medium and high-pressure type (above 1.2MPa).
  2. The cold dryer uses the principle of refrigeration to cool the compressed air so that the moisture in the compressed air is saturated and precipitated, and then the condensate is removed through the automatic discharge device, so as to achieve the purpose of air drying.
